A Hickory man is charged after a chase. Stephen Brett Dellinger 34, faces fleeing to elude arrest, possession of a stolen vehicle among other charges. After a 3 county chase he was arrested in Burke County by Lincoln County officers with help from Burke officers. He was placed in the Harven A Crouse Detention Center under a $19,000 secured bond. No court date was set.
