A man has died after being shot by his grandfather during a home break in. Jessie DeWayne Gibson 34, died a few days after the incident, where he assaulted and demanded money from his grandfather George William Gibson Sr, 76. The elder Gibson did not know it was his grandson as his face was covered. District Attorney Scott Reilly reviewed the case and ruled no charges will be filed.
