A man from Hudson is facing vehicle theft charges. William Randall Cannon 53, was arrested by Granite Falls police. He faces felony larceny of a motor vehicle. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond. A court date is set for Monday, May 10th.
In an unrelated case, larceny charges were brought against a Lenoir man. Jonathan Todd Nichols 37, faces felony obtaining property by false pretense and misdemeanor aid and abet larceny and possession of stolen goods or property. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. A court date is set for Wednesday.
