A fugitive from Georgia was arrested in Hickory. Roger Junior Ussery 40, faces felony grand jury arrest as a fugitive facing extradition to another state, among other charges. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $55,000 secured bond. His next court date is set for May 24th.
