A street will be closed temporarily in Morganton. Cell tower equipment will be upgraded on the Valdese Ave water tank from June 1st to June 8th. Hilltop St will be closed during this time to allow space
Multiple Charges in Hickory
Trespass, resisting an officer and drug charges were brought against a Hickory man. Charles Loman Lee Houser 52, faces possession of methamphetamine among other charges. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $5,500
