City workers restriped and reconfigured the City parking lot located on the 100 Block of Mulberry Street NW between Mulberry Street and Main Street in Downtown Lenoir. Staff moved one accessible parking space from the eastern side of the lot to the western side near Main Street, and workers painted no-parking areas in the lot. People who park in the no-parking areas could be towed at their own expense. The City leases the parking lot to provide more public parking in downtown. There are two reserved accessible spaces, 13 all-day parking spots, and three spaces reserved for the property owner.
