Bond was set at $200,500 for a Hickory man. Lamont “Tootsie Roll” Mutz 43, was arrested by Hickory Police after a brief foot chase on S Center St. He faces multiple failure to appear charges on multiple drug offenses. Court dates are June 28th and July 12th. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility.
