Methamphetamine charges were brought against a Hickory man. Michael Lee Pennell 39, was arrested for the sale of meth among other drug charges. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $52,000 bond. Court dates are set for July 19th, August 2nd and August 11th.
