Vehicle break in and theft charges were brought against a Lenoir man. Victor Baine Hartley 49, was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He also faces felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon among other charges. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $65,000 secured bond. A court date is set for July 8th.
