Kidnapping charges were filed against Olajuawn Ja’Daren Hairston 26, in Catawba County. He also faces assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, among other charges. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $140,000 bond. A court date is set for Monday June 28th.
