A man was charged in a fatal shooting in Burke County. Johnny Everette Setzer 49, faces the murder charge and felony larceny of a firearm charge. The shooting occurred on Coldwater St in Connelly Springs. The victims name was not released. Setzer was placed in jail under no bond on the murder charge and a $50,000 bond for the other charge. A court date is set for today.
