Bond was set at $400,000 in Caldwell County. Darlin Jeffrey Ramirez 25, of Charlotte faces statutory sex offenses and indecent liberties with a child charges. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility. A court date was set for August 19th. Due to Covid 19, inmates from Caldwell are currently being housed in Catawba County.
