The Morganton Festival Weekends are all but cancelled. Due to a rise in Covid 19 cases, tonight’s event will be held featuring Carolina Soul Band from 7-9pm, guests are asked to wear face masks and social distance. Food vendors will open at noon today. Nothing else scheduled for the next 3 weekends will occur.
