Felony drug charges were brought against 2 men in Caldwell County. John Leslie Frasse 54, and Jason Dwight Dickson 38, were arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. Frasse faces possession of methamphetamine and felony manufacturing marijuana among other charges. Dickson faces possession of a firearm by a felon and felony manufacture marijuana. Frasse was released on a $25,000 secured bond. Dickson was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond. A court date for both is today.
A court date is today in an assault on a disabled person case. Kiersten Faith Harvey 26, was arrested by Lenoir police. She faces felony assault on an individual with a disability. She was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.
