A Granite Falls man is arrested by Hudson Police. Chucky Glenn Sumlin 39, faces felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. A court date is set for today.
Granite Falls police arrested Joshua Colby Stamey 30. He faces felony possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin among other drug charges. He also faces possession of a firearm by a felon charges. Stamey was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond. Court Dates are October 15th and October 28th.
