A South Carolina man is facing charges in Caldwell County. 29 year old David Dakota Beaver faces four felony counts of accessing government computers to defraud among other charges. Beaver was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriffs Officers and released on a $7,500 secured bond. A court date was set for today.
