Bond was set at $150,000 for a Lenoir man. 63 year old Larry Gene Hibbs was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriffs officers. He faces electronic house arrest violation among other charges stemming from a drug arrest in May. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center. No court date was listed.
