A body has been identified from Burke County. Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem’s Medical Examiners Office has identified Shawn Jeroskey Cash. He was reported missing on October 19th. His body was found October 22nd along the Catawba River in Morganton. The cause of death is believed to be drowning with a toxicology result pending.
