A Morganton man is facing heroin charges. 38 year old Daniel Ernest Lawing was arrested by Hickory Police. He faces felony possession of heroin and was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $4,000 secured bond. He was later released with a court date set for December 10th.
