A suspect is being sought in a murder case in Hickory. 21 year old Quavius Shamond Izard is wanted on a warrant for 1st degree murder in the death of Lenoir Rhyne football player Omari Alexander. He is to be considered armed and dangerous. 20 year old Hailee Maureen Melanson was charged with accessory after the fact, she was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond.
