Bond was set at $50,000 for a Catawba man. 41 year old Kelsy Lamon England was arrested by Hickory Police. He faces charges of felony failure to appear on conspiracy to traffic cocaine and marijuana among other charges. The warrants were issued from McDowell County. A court date is set for January 24th.
Vehicle break in charges were filed in Burke County. 23 year old Corey Wesley Fagan faces felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and obtaining property by false pretense. He was placed under a $10,000 secured bond. A court date is set for today.
