A Shelby woman has been charged with murder in the death of a Hickory man. 22 year old Bryana Salymar Martines, faces 1st degree murder and possession of a stolen automobile. The victim was 72 year old Robert Godfrey, whose body was found at Preston Ridge Apartments last weekend. The case is still under investigation.
