A Lenoir man is facing vehicle theft charges. 24 year old Dylan Kyler Tolbert also faces breaking and entering, common law robbery and possession of a stolen motor vehicle among other charges. Bond was set at $15,000 at the Caldwell County Detention Center. Court dates are set for December 16th and January 10th.
