A shooting victim has died after a hospital stay. 26 year old Michael Emmanuel Tucker Jr was shot on December 8th and found in the driver seat of a vehicle on 1st St SE in Hickory. He died over the weekend. Police said multiple gunshots were fired into the vehicle from the street. No arrests have been made in the case.
