Bond was set at $47,000 for a Burke County man. 29 year old Michael Edward Monn Faces felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretense and possession of methamphetamine among other charges. He was placed in jail in Morganton. Court dates are set for today, January 27th and January 31st.
