A federal fugitive warrant was issued for a Lenoir man. 25 year old Damarian Monta Caldwell was arrested by Lenoir Police officers. The warrant was for a drug charge from ATF Headquarters in Washington DC. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under no bond with no court date listed.
