Bond was set at $85,000 for a Lenoir woman. 39 year old Daniel Willie Martin III was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriffs Officers. He faces felony failure to appear on charges of maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substance. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with a court date set for February 14th.
A court date is set for today for a methamphetamine arrest. 50 year old Norman Viston Dula faces felony possession of schedule I and II controlled substance among other drug charges and speeding to elude arrest. He was placed in jail in Morganton under a $10,500 bond.
