A fugitive from Tennessee was arrested in Lenoir. 32 year old Donald Malaki Canter was arrested by Lenoir Police. He faces a charge of felony escape and was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond. A court date is set for Monday.
An out of state resident was arrested in Caldwell County. 45 year old Joseph Robert Twist of Bakersfield California, faces breaking and entering and larceny charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $5,000 secured bond.
