Bond set at $500,000 for a Morganton man. 41 year old Erik Bradley Brittain was arrested by Hickory Police on failure to appear charges. He was already facing trafficking heroin, assault and fleeing to elude arrest among other charges. His court date is set for March 28th. He is now in custody in Burke County.
