4 teens were arrested in Florida in connection with a Hickory car theft. The victim was an 83 year old female, whose car was stolen from her in the Valley Hills Mall parking lot. Flagler County Florida officers found the vehicle, a 2001 Buick Century, at a gas station and arrested a 15 and 17 year old male and a 15 and 16 yar old female. All of the teens were reported missing from the Hickory and Longview areas, all face grand theft of a motor vehicle charges. Authorities are working to facilitate bringing them back to North Carolina and the Division of Juvenile Justice.
