A 4 year old is in critical condition after an accidental shooting. The child found a gun and shot himself. It occurred at a home on 3rd Ave SW in Hickory. 911 was called Saturday, the child was taken to Frye Regional Medical Center and then airlifted to Brenner’s Children’s Hospital.
