Felony break in charges were brought against a Hudson man. 56 year old Wilbur Vann Coley was arrested by Lenoir Police. He faces felony breaking and entering and resisting a public officer among other charges. Bond was set at $30,500. Court dates are set for March 14th and April 25th.
A break in at a church was reported in Morganton. 24 year old Benjamin Isidio Xiloj was arrested by the Morganton Department of Public Safety. He faces felony breaking and entering to a house of worship and was placed in jail under a $5,000 bond. A court date was set for Monday.
Stolen vehicle charges were filed in Catawba County. 47 year old Michael James Ward of Lenoir faces felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $4,000 bond. A court date was set for March 23rd.
