Bond was set at over $300,000 for a Lenoir resident. 44 year old Stephanie Lee Sipes was arrested by Lenoir Police and faces felony possession of methamphetamine among multiple other drug charges. 28 year old Taylor Jo Lynn Hallyburton was also arrested and she faces felony maintain a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance charges. Both were placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center. Sipes under $300,500 and Hallyburton $5,000 bond. Court date for Sipes is today. Hallyburton’s court date is April 20th.
