Join the Area Agency on Aging on Monday, April 4 at 10:00 am for a presentation on how to avoid scams that target seniors. The presentation will be conducted by Aging Specialists Sarah Stamey and Ricky Handoo. It will cover topics such as assigning a POA, romance scams, investment fraud, telephone and internet scams, debt collection scams, identity theft and many more. This presentation will inform adults of all ages of scam warning signs and who to contact if you fall victim to a scam. The program is free but space is limited so registration is encouraged.
