A fugitive arrest was made for a man wanted in South Carolina. 25 year old Joseph Mark Greene was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s officers on felony warrant from another state. He also faces fleeing to elude arrest. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $286,000 secured bond.
