A man was charged and one person was airlifted and listed in stable condition. 34 year old Riley Paul Moses faces driving while impaired among other charges. The wreck occurred around 245pm on Monday on Dixie Blvd in Morganton. He is believed to have been going 60mph in a 35mph zone. Moses also has multiple previous convictions including larceny of a motor vehicle and driving while impaired. A court date is set for May 16th. The Morganton Department of Public Safety, Burkc County EMS and Glen Alpine Fire Department all responded.
