Bond was set at $100,000 for a Caldwell County man. 54 year old Kevin Thomas Tolbert was arrested by Caldwell County officers. He faces felony breaking and entering, larceny and larceny of a firearm. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with a court date set for today.
