Fraud charges were brought against a Hudson woman. 32 year old Erica Dawn Lafferty was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s officers. She faces felony credit card fraud and identity fraud. She was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $7,500 secured bond. A court date was set for today.
A Granite Falls man is charged in a stolen vehicle case. 46 year old William Shane Benge was arrested by Granite Falls Police. He is charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He was placed under a $15,000 secured bond with a court date set for Monday.
