Bond was set at $30,000 for a Hickory man. 44 year old Bryan Casey Twilley was arrested by Hickory Police. He faces felony failure to appear on possession of a stolen vehicle charge. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility with a court date set for May 2nd.
