The Hickory Police have made a kidnapping and robbery arrest.Β 40 year old Luis Alonso Torres faces first degree kidnapping, robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.Β He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $40,000 bond.Β A court date is set for Monday.
