Bond was set at $75,000 for a Hudson man. 38 year old Jeffrey Martin Collins was arrested by Lenoir Police. He faces felony sell and deliver controlled substance to a minor among other charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with a court date set for today.
