A fugitive from Virginia was arrested in Lenoir. 30 year old Clinton Gregory Hicks faces probation violations in Russell County Virginia. He also faces resisting a public officer charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $30,000 secured bond. A court date was set for today.
