Mail Carriers Food Drive

The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) will conduct its annual national food drive on Saturday, May 14. The Letter Carrier food drive was first held in 1983 and is the country’s largest one-day food drive, provides residents with an easy way to donate food to those in need.

As the need for food assistance is still more significant than ever, this is an opportunity for everyone to continue to meet that need and help your local community food pantry and soup kitchen. The Stamp Out Hunger Donor Drive is a drive with a single mission—to feed the hungry in America.  The spring food drive’s timing is key, because winter holiday donations have dwindled from food pantries and homeless shelters.
