Felony charges were brought against a Lenoir woman. 28 year old Brandy Nicole Isaccs was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She faces failure to appear charges as well as a previous charge of felony financial card fraud. She was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. Her next court date is August 3rd.
