Registration for the youth basketball league is open now through Friday, Nov. 18, in Lenoir. This league will be open to boys and girls, ages 4 to 13. Practice for the league will be in December, and games will be played in January and February. In order to play there is a $25 charge for city residents and $50 for non-city residents. You must bring completed registration forms and the entry fees to Mulberry Recreation Center, 720 Mulberry St. SW, Lenoir. Parents should bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate or email a copy to Athletic Director Katelin Cooke Harmon at kcooke@ci.lenoir.nc.us.
