Deputies with the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting on Sunday. The victim was identified as Christopher Woods. Woods is a 43-year-old white male. Information gathered at the scene of the shooting led deputies to identify Az Thor as a suspect in this incident. Deputies learned Thor fled on foot prior to their arrival. Thor was apprehended at a car dealership and has been charged with one count of Murder and is being held with no bond.
