32-year-old Charlie Andrew Weaver and 29-year-old Kayla Elisa Hall were arrested for sexual crimes involving children. Charlie Weaver has been charged with seven felony counts of indecent liberties with a child. Hall is charged with seven counts of felony child abuse with a sexual act. The child was interviewed at the Dove House Children’s Advocacy Center and revealed that Weaver was sexually abusing them, to which they told this to Hall who did not report it. Weaver was being held in the Iredell County Detention Center as of earlier today (December 1) under a $500,000 secured bond. He has a District Court date December 12. Hall’s bond was set at $200,000 secured; she is not listed as an inmate in Iredell County. She’s scheduled to appear in District Court December 21.
