Catawba County Tax Office has launched a revolutionary new online tool, COMPER Catawba, to help property owners in the county to assess the current market value of their property during the 2023 revaluation cycle. To access the tool, property owners can visit the Catawba County Revaluation page of the county’s website: www.catawbacountync.gov > County Services > Tax > Revaluation. An instructional video is also available on the same page to help users understand how to use the tool. In addition, the Tax Office has established the Catawba County Tax Revaluation Appointment Line (828) 282-2009, where property owners can call and make an appointment to review their valuation notices with a Tax Office staff member. This new system allows property owners to quickly and easily assess the value of their property, making the process of revaluation much easier and more convenient.
