Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a brazen theft from a vehicle parked in a Lowe’s parking lot in Denver, North Carolina. A local construction business owner had stopped by the store to drop off a list of supplies, after which he went to the Bank of America on Cross Center Road to withdraw $400 in cash.
The victim returned to the Lowe’s parking lot, only to find that his 2013 Dodge Ram had been broken into, and the cash was gone. Surveillance footage shows a gray Honda SUV pulling up to the truck, and then a few minutes later, the back left door of the vehicle opens and a figure is seen entering the truck. The suspect then closes the door and leaves the scene. Sheriff’s detectives are now investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
