Kady Suzann Fox, a 33-year-old woman from Jim Beard Road in Maiden, was arrested Wednesday (February 8) by Newton Police Officers. Fox was charged with the possession of heroin, the attempted breaking and entering of a building, and second-degree trespass. She was taken to the Catawba County Detention Facility and held on a $2,000 bond. As of earlier today (February 10), she still remained in jail. Fox was scheduled to appear in District Court Thursday (February 9).
